An ongoing drug investigation in Seneca County has landed three Waterloo residents in trouble with the law.

45-year-old Bobbijo Vanhouten is accused of possessing and selling crack cocaine to another person on multiple occasions. It is also alleged Vanhouten was in possession of an electronic stun gun. Vanhouten has been charged with multiple counts of criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance, conspiracy, and criminal possession of a weapon.

41-year-old Blye Delair is accused of possessing and selling crack cocaine to another person and possessing an electronic stun gun. Delair has been charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy, and criminal possession of a weapon.

50-year-old John Stupp is accused of possessing crack cocaine and an electronic stun gun. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and controlled substance.

All three are set to appear in Varick Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

Investigators with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office were helped by members of the Uniformed Road Patrol and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
