The investigation into a property damage accident in Seneca County resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man on a felony.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Benjamin Pardee was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs at the conclusion of their investigation.
Pardee was released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
