A Waterloo man was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated family offense following the investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the city of Geneva.
20-year-old Bronc Petrie is accused of intentionally causing physical damage to another person. Officers confirmed that Petrie had a prior conviction of a domestic-related specified crime within the last five years, adding the felony charge of aggravated family offense.
Petrie was also charged with assault.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
