A Waterloo man has been arrested on a charge of criminal possession of stolen property.
The charge against Cree Barlow stems from an incident where he was allegedly in possession of property that had been reported stolen on Monday.
The 25-year-old Barlow was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
