A Waterloo man turned himself in to Penn Yan Police on two outstanding warrants on Monday morning.
36-year-old Kevin Himes turned himself in at Penn Yan Village Court on charges stemming from an incident in December when he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and later failed to appear in court and a bench warrant was issued.
During the initial incident, Himes was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and an arrest warrant had been issued.
Himes was processed at the Penn Yan Police Department and arraigned in Village Court on the charges.
