A Waterloo man was taken into police custody without incident on Tuesday on a warrant out of Ontario County Family Court.
Sheriff’s Deputies located Pablo Luis Soto-Burgos at the Ontario County Department of Social Services in Hopewell and he was taken into custody. Police say the warrant issued for Soto-Burgos was issued following his alleged failure to submit to a court order paternity test.
The 51-year-old was taken to Ontario County Jail, where he was being held to await arraignment in Ontario County Family Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
