An alleged domestic incident at Walmart in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man.
The victim reported to Seneca Falls Police that 27-year-old Justin Bailey allegedly became engaged in an argument with his significant other and struck her in the face with an open hand. At the time of the alleged incident, an Order of Protection was in place, naming the victim as the protected party. Bailey was taken into custody and charged with criminal contempt and harassment.
Following his arrest, Bailey was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An additional Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
