Seneca Falls Police arrested a Waterloo man Friday on numerous bench warrants.
Kody Russell was spotted in the village of Waterloo by Seneca Falls Police Officers, where he was subsequently arrested on four outstanding bench warrants for failure to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court. The original charges from which the warrants stemmed were driving while impaired with drugs, coercion, criminal mischief and three counts of petit larceny.
Russell had been arraigned and released on his recognizance of all the charges and allegedly failed to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court for his scheduled court dates. Due to the multiple missed dates, Russell was also charged with four counts of bail jumping.
Following his arrest on Friday, Russell was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
