A Waterloo man was arrested Friday by the Seneca Falls Police Department for an incident that occurred in Seneca Falls in December.
It is alleged that Steven Foulkrod and a juvenile were found by police inside a home that they did not have permission to enter. While Foulkrod was inside the home, he is alleged to have damaged property belonging to the homeowner.
Foulkrod was charged with burglary and conspiracy, both felonies, along with misdemeanor criminal mischief and tampering. The 33-year-old was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
