The investigation into a domestic incident in Seneca County resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Waterloo man.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, an order of protection was in place against Andrew Scarborough, who initially fled the scene but later turned himself in.
Scarborough was charged with criminal contempt and was being held at the Seneca County Jail until CAP arraignment.
