Seneca Falls Police arrested a Waterloo man following a domestic disturbance at a home in the village.
Joshua Jones is accused of getting into a verbal altercation with the victim and remaining in their presence, which violated a stay-away order of protection. Jones was charged with criminal contempt.
After being processed, Jones was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment and will be brought back to Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
