A trespassing complaint in Seneca Falls resulted in the Thanksgiving arrest of a Waterloo man.
28-year-old Jacob Hubbs was reported to be at the property of a protected party of an Order of Protection. Upon investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department, it was allegedly discovered Hubbs had entered the home and removed items from inside.
Hubbs was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal contempt, and petit larceny and was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
