On September 28th, 2023, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kody Russell, age 25, of Waterloo. Kody was suspected of a theft at a local business when he was found in the area and taken into custody for petit larceny. Kody was also arrested for two bench warrants that he had out of Seneca Falls Town Court for previous incidents for which he failed to appear on his scheduled court dates. Kody was processed and taken to the Seneca County Jail to await CAPCourt.
