A Waterloo man is facing charges for alleged incidents that happened while he was being questioned by police at the Seneca County Jail regarding an incident.

During the questioning, Willie Williams is accused of urinating on the floor and wall. The 34-year-old is also accused of kicking a hole in the wall. As deputies attempted to restrain Williams, he allegedly attempted to bite one of the officers.
