Waterloo Man Arrested for Shoplifting

On November 13, 2024, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jonathan G. Toledo, age 35, of Waterloo. The arrest stems from a theft that occurred at a local business in Seneca Falls. It was learned that Toledo entered the store, selected merchandise held for sale and exit while failing to render payment for said merchandise. Toledo was provided an appearance ticket and will be due back to court at a later date.
