On November 10th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John S. Smtih, age 44, of Waterloo, NY. John was observed taking merchandise from 1860 North Road, known as Walmart. Robert had collected a multitude of items from the store and passed all points of sale with no attempt to render payment. John had also taken the items out of the packaging and damaged the property. John was charged with one count of Petit Larceny and one count of Criminal mischief in the 4th degree. John was turned over to the Rochester Police Department following his arrest for an outstanding warrant.
