On March 28th, 2024, at 04:42 p.m., the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Steven E. Dolgos, age 51, of Seneca Falls, NY following a complaint of shoplifting at ALDI. Dolgos was observed taking merchandise and passing all points of sale without rendering payment. Dolgos was located at a Waterloo, NY address by the New York State Police, where he was taken into custody and turned over to Seneca Falls Police Department. Dolgos was charged with one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket, directing him to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
