    IMPACTS
    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

Waterloo Man Arrested for DWI In Car Wash

On December 10th, at 11:53 AM, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ray L. Davis, age 57, of Waterloo, NY, following an incident at the car was on State Route 5 in Seneca Falls. While Davis was in the car wash, Davis drove the vehicle off the rail inside of the car wash, resulting in car wash being temporarily shut down and police called to the scene. During the investigation into the incident, it was determined that Davis was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Davis was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of above .08%, unlicensed operator, and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Davis was also charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1st degree. Davis was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department Office and released on an appearance ticket. He will answer the charges at a later date. No damage was caused to the car wash facility.
