Waterloo Man Arrested for DWI

On December 10, 2023, at 3:55 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested William P. Major, age 54, of Waterloo, NY, following a reported suspicious vehicle complaint. During the investigation it was determined Major had fallen asleep in his vehicle with the engine running. Through further investigation it was determined that Major was intoxicated. Major was charged with use of vehicle without an interlock device and driving while intoxicated, both of which are misdemeanors and violation of operating out of restriction. Major was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony. Major was transported to the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court to await centralized arraignment.
