The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Waterloo man for allegedly violating a Court Order.
30-year-old Tyler Dyson was charged with criminal contempt and criminal tampering.
Dyson was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
