State Police arrested a Waterloo man following the investigation into the theft of a purse at a local business.
Daryl Leisenring is accused of taking the purse at F-N-A’s Rhythm and Booze on March 23rd.
The 59-year-old Leisenring was released on an appearance ticket for Town of Waterloo Court on April 24th.
