A Waterloo man was arrested following a traffic stop in the Wayne County village of Palmyra.
Kenneth Pollot was asked to participate in standardized field sobriety testing during the investigation by the sheriff’s department. Pollot was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he submitted to a breath test yielding a .12 BAC.
Pollot will appear in Palmyra Village Court at a later date.
