Penn Yan Police arrested a Waterloo man following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
Wesley Goff was observed driving on Brown Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State license. A traffic stop was initiated and Goff was cited for the offense.
Goff will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
