Police arrested a Waterloo man after he was spotted at a Seneca Falls business with two children and appeared to be intoxicated.
An investigation by Seneca Falls Police determined Jason Donahue allegedly drove a car to the local business with two children under the age of 17 in the car while under the influence of alcohol.
Donahue was charged with two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with children in the vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Donahue was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The children were not injured in the incident. An Order of Protection was requested for the victims.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
