A Walworth man will soon appear in Sodus Town Court following a traffic stop on State Route 104.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on 38-year-old Michael Sanzone for an expired inspection and failure to maintain lane. During their investigation, it was found that Sanzone had taken a substance approximately two hours before driving.
Sanzone was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs. He was released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
