The report of a burglary in progress Saturday in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a town of Walworth man.
It is alleged that 36-year-old Kyle Vanderkamp entered someone else’s apartment in the town of Ontario after breaking a screen on the window.
Vanderkamp was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass and was released to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
