Police have charged a Wayne County man who they say dragged a woman some 20 feet down the road with his car during a child custody exchange last month.
It’s alleged that after an argument, 31-year-old Gregory Puglisi of Walworth dragged the woman on Walworth Penfield Road as he attempted to flee the scene on September 8th. The woman suffered minor injuries and was treated on scene by first responders.
Puglisi was arrested on a warrant charging him with reckless endangerment, assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
