A Victor woman was ticketed by police following the investigation into a two-car accident Saturday morning in the town of Hopewell.
Rokhsanna Sadeghi is accused of failing to yield when entering the intersection of State Routes 21 and 488, resulting in a collision with a vehicle driven by James McClelland, of Bloomfield. McClelland was taken to Thompson Hospital by Finger Lakes Ambulance for treatment of minor injuries.
Sadeghi was ticketed for failing to yield when entering an intersection.
The Manchester Fire Department assisted the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office at the scene.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
