Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies charged a Victor man with obstructing governmental administration.
While attempting to detain Matthew Deleo on felony charges out of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the 45-year-old allegedly became physically resistant to law enforcement officers.
Deleo was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court at a later date
