A traffic stop early this morning in Palmyra resulted in the arrest of a 62-year-old Victor man.
Deputies observed a car being driven by Thomas Tolleson that allegedly failed to keep right and was making erratic maneuvers. During the traffic stop, Tolleson was asked to take part in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and failed, which led to his arrest. According to deputies, Tolleson submitted to a chemical test yielding a .13 BAC. He was charged with DWI Common Law, one count of DWI .08 BAC or greater, failure to keep right, and driving a car with a suspended registration.
