A Victor man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon in connection with a stolen credit card incident that occurred this past fall at the local Target.
Authorities say 66-year-old Robert Rocco Ruglio used a stolen card on Oct. 20 to buy $412 in gift cards at the store on Commons Boulevard.
Ruglio was arrested without incident and issued an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
