The investigation into a reported family trouble disturbance in Ontario County on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of a Town of Victor man.
It is alleged that Richard Qualdieri violated the terms of an order of protection after driving to the Arbor Glen Drive home in the town of Victor in an intoxicated condition.
The 42-year-old was brought to the Ontario County Jail to be held for CAP arraignment on charges of drunken driving and two counts of criminal contempt.
Qualdieri will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
