The investigation into a physical domestic incident in the town of Varick on Tuesday resulted in the arrest of a 26-year-old Varick man.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, Kenneth Saunders, Junior, was charged with an aggravated family offense, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, harassment, aggravated unlicensed operation, and two counts of criminal contempt.
Saunders was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
