A Newport News, Virginia man who was indicted by a Yates County Grand Jury on three counts of first-degree sexual abuse charges has turned himself in.
Richard Fucarino, the Second, was arraigned in Yates County Supreme Court after showing up at the sheriff’s office in Penn Yan.
Following his arraignment in Yates County Supreme Court, Fucarino was sent to Yates County Jail in lieu of bail.
