A Utica man was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
State Troopers say they observed a suspicious person, Sunday, on Turnpike in the Town of Throop.
Upon investigation, troopers arrested 43-year old Joseph Arsenault of Utica for a misdemeanor count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Arsenault was issued an appearance ticket for Throop Town Court on May 23rd.
