A domestic disturbance at the Patty’s Lodge in Hopewell Wednesday night resulted in the arrest of a 31-year-old Utica man.
Dishaleak Leggions was charged with strangulation, assault, and aggravated family offense following an investigation into the incident.
Leggions was brought to the Ontario County Jail and at last word, was being held on pre-arraignment detention.
