Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that on 06/20/24 at around 7:33 pm, Deputies arrested Jessica M Newbrook, age 34 of Geneva NY on Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the Third Degree.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on 06/15/24 where it is alleged that Jessica borrowed a vehicle from its registered owner. When the owner attempted to get the vehicle back Jessica refused to give it back in a timely manner.
Jessica was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Jessica is to answer the charges in the Town of Tyre court at a later date.
