The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Tyre resident on an active bench warrant.
The Seneca Falls Police Department was notified that Tifini Mills was currently in custody at the Seneca County Jail. Mills had an active bench warrant for failing to appear to her scheduled court date.
Mills was served at the jail and charged with one count of failure to appear
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
