Two local women have been arrested on drug charges after being indicted by a Yates County Grand Jury.
34-year-old Peggy Perez, of Dundee, and 60-year-old Loraine Zavaglia, of Branchport, are both accused of selling methamphetamine on a number of occasions in the village of Penn Yan last year. Both women face two felony counts of criminal sale and two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Following their arraignments in Yates County Superior Court, Zavaglia and Perez were both released in accordance with New York State’s Bail Reform Laws.
