Two convicted felons who live in Waterloo have been arrested on weapons charges.
The arrest of 31-year-old Kevin Arndt and 49-year-old Jessica Law stems from an investigation where it is alleged they had a rifle and shotgun during a search warrant execution at their home.
Law and Arndt were charged with criminal possession of a weapon and were released on an appearance ticket.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
