Two Rochester men have been arrested in Seneca County on grand larceny and conspiracy charges.
The arrest of Jevonte Harris and Carlos Marquez is the result of allegations they stole merchandise from the same business on May 12th amounting to more than $1,000. It is also alleged that Marquez assumed the identity of another and signed paperwork under that name resulting in him also being charged with criminal impersonation and offering a false instrument for filing.
Both suspects were arraigned and scheduled to reappear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date to answer the changes.
New York State Police assisted the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office in the arrest.
