The investigation into an incident that occurred on County Route 77 in the Steuben County town of Pulteney, has resulted in the arrest of two Prattsburgh men.
State Police arrested 61-year-old Craig Swail on a felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon while 23-year-old Kyle Marshall was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
Both men were released on appearance tickets for Pulteney Town Court.
