Two Penn Yan residents were arrested this week on petit larceny charges.
Michael Mahunik and Shaquanda Zanders, both 36 years old, are accused of taking merchandise from the business and leaving without paying.
Both were charged with petit larceny and released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
