Two Massachusetts men face petit larceny charges in Seneca Falls.
49-year-old Luis Ruiz and 34-year-old Angel Goldwaite are accused of leaving the store with a cart full of merchandise and making no attempt to render payment. Seneca Falls Police say both men then got into a semi-truck with other individuals. Following a traffic stop on the truck, the men attempted to hide from police.
Both were subsequently taken into custody and were charged with petit larceny. Ruiz and Goldwaite were released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court
