A shoplifting incident at Von Maur at Eastview Mall in Victor on Sunday resulted in the arrest of two Geneva residents.
During the investigation, it was determined that 28-year-old Samantha Brennan and 25-year-old Carlos Rodriguez allegedly selected merchandise valued at $39.95 and passed all points of sale with no attempt at rendering payment. Both were charged with one count of petit larceny.
Brennan and Rodriguez were released on appearance tickets for Victor Town Court.
