Two people have been arrested in connection with the Seneca Falls Police Department’s ongoing investigation as part of a targeted drug enforcement operation.
46-year-old Neil McMillen was taken into custody and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies, along with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
32-year-old Cody Chase was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both suspects were processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where they are being held pending arraignment.
The investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be forthcoming.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
