    IMPACTS
    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

Two Bath Residents Arrested for Meth Possession

A joint investigation by the Bath Police Department and New York State Parole resulted in the arrest of two Bath residents.

41-year-old Vincent Martilotti and 34-year-old Amy Sullivan were taken into custody after they were allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both were charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Sullivan was also charged with felony tampering with physical evidence after she allegedly attempted to conceal contraband within her person throughout the course of the investigation.

Martilotti is currently on parole and both suspects were sent to Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
