Earlier this week, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a forgery and fraud complaint in the Town of Farmington. Following an investigation, Patrick Johnson of Rochester and Iselynn Johnson of Pittsford were arrested for Grand Larceny in the Second Degree.
Authorities say the pair, along with another individual, used fraudulent means—including someone else’s identity—to obtain two vehicles from a local automotive dealer. Both vehicles have since been recovered.
Patrick and Iselynn Johnson were arraigned at CAP Court and released on their own recognizance. They are scheduled to face charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date. Additional charges are pending.

A third suspect, Chaz Davis of Rochester, fled the scene during the investigation. Deputies deployed K9 teams and conducted foot searches, but have yet to locate him. A warrant will be issued for his arrest.
Anyone with information on Davis’ whereabouts is urged to contact the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office at 585-394-4560 or submit an anonymous tip via the Sheriff’s Office website or app.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
