Two Canandaigua residents have been arrested on endangering the welfare of a child charges following the investigation into a disturbance that occurred at a Bristol Street home.
The investigation determined Kollen Simmons and Shane Hartman had allegedly engaged in a physical altercation while in the presence of two, three-year-old children.
Hartman was also charged with obstructing governmental administration after he allegedly refused to provide his fingerprints and photograph following his arrest.
Both suspects were brought to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
