The investigation into a domestic disturbance at a hotel in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of two people.
According to police, 45-year-old Christopher Cusick, of Niagara Falls, and 42-year-old Tanya Falbo, of Sanborn, were observed to be highly intoxicated and unable to care for their adolescent child.
Falbo and Cusick were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child and were brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
